Coverage Period

Standard Warranty

12 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

EU Extension

EU residents also enjoy the mandatory 24‑month conformity guarantee under Directive 1999/44/EC; this policy does not limit those rights.

Refurbished / Replacement Units

Covered for the remainder of the original term or 90 days, whichever is longer.

What Is Covered

This warranty protects the product against defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal consumer use.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, fire, water immersion beyond the product’s IP rating, or exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents) that does not affect function.
  • Consumables (batteries, pads) past their expected life span.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Commercial orders (> 10 units per SKU) unless covered by a separate contract.

How to File a Claim

  1. Email within the coverage period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, serial/lot number, description of the issue, and photos/video if possible.
  3. Upon approval you will receive an RMA number and a pre‑paid UPS/USPS (USA) or DHL/Post (EU) label.
  4. Ship the unit within 7 days of receiving the label and retain the drop‑off receipt.

Shipping Costs

Non‑Quality Claims – Customer pays round‑trip shipping and any diagnostic fee agreed in advance.

Quality‑Related Claims – Pays both directions.

Transferability & Regional Variations

  • Warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Some states/countries disallow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages; this policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in this policy, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

Privacy & Data Security

All warranty transactions are processed under an ISO 27001‑certified Information Security Management System (ISMS) and comply with HIPAA and GDPR data‑protection standards. Personal data collected is used solely to fulfill your warranty claim and is deleted or anonymized upon request.
